Inexpensive card making!

While reorganizing and cleaning my craftroom I found a set I had forgotten about. I had bought it second hand and never used it. So I thought why not try to make a very inexpensive card just using bits and bobs I had laying around.

So I took out a sheet of craft cardstock and some die cuts. I cut a couple rectangle die cuts and stamped some flowers on top. I used Memento Tuxedo Black ink and versa mark.

Then in decided why not just use a inexpensive marker to see how it will work. I got out my Sharpie box and ended up using some Bic marking fine point permanent markers. I was very surprised at how nice they blended.

I stamped a background stamp from Stampin up Bella toile. I added some gems and a bit of gold marker. I used Tombow Mono multi for the first layer and foam tape for the second.

I love the fished result just using things you have around. If you would like to watch the video of how this card was made you can view it here

Have a great day! Let me know if you found treasures in your craft room!
